Class approved Pourable Marine Epoxy Chocking Compound.
Epocast-36, pourable Epoxy Chocking compound is a product from ITW Polymers Europe GmbH, Kiel, Germany. It is specialized chocking Resin when it comes to the foundations for engines & machineries of all types & sizes.
For special ship building applications Epocast-36 has withstood a shock of 75g with a total load of3.5 N/mm2. Epocast-36 is approved by all major classification societies up to a maximum total static load on the chocks of 5 N/mm2 at a service temperature of 80deg C.

Attack of structures at the waterline is commonplace in marine environments. Tidal action, river current, salt water exposure, chemical intrusion, floating debris, marine borers, electrolysis & general weathering are all examples of factors affecting the lifecycle of structures in marine environments addressed by the FX-70® Structural Repair & Protection System.
FX-70®
To protect the structure from external attack, the FX-70 Structural Repair & Protection System starts with a high-strength fiberglass interlocking jacket. The tongue-&-groove seamed jacket provides a corrosion-resistant shell to the repair site, ranges from 1/8 in. to 1/2 in. thickness, & is UV-resistant.
High-Strength Grouting Materials
FX-70-6MP™ Multi-Purpose Marine Epoxy Grout & FX-225 Non-Shrink Non-Metallic Underwater Grout are both high strength, water-insensitive repair compounds. FX-70-6 MP provides excellent bond to concrete, steel, wood & other common building materials. These products displace existing water & can easily be placed into the FX-70 jacket without the costly building of cofferdams or dewatering of the repair site. FX-70-6 MP is ideal for repairs to structures with less than 25% section loss, & is commonly combined with FX-225 to reduce material cost on large jobs or to repair structures with greater than 25% section loss.

Neutra Rust 661 Rust Converter (U.K)
- High Performance Coating for rust conversion & protection
- Nuetra Rust is a unique corrosion control system for use on rusted ferrous metal surfaces.
- Minimal surface preparation.
- Can be applied by brush
- It dries on rusted surfaces & chemically converts rust to a black no-tacky layer in about 30mins, forming an independent compound which gives complete protection for the treated surface.
- The rusted ferrous surface to be protected is converted on contact to a black complex organic iron compound by the unique deoxygenating agent incorporated in Neutra Rust.
- This corrosion resistant layer is formed by utilising all the surface moisture & oxygen during the reduction reaction. Concurrently the special copolymer latex, with 39% solids, dries to form an impermeable barrier to oxygen & moisture.
- The black chemical compound layer is completely neutral & can be used as a primer.
